History of the Center
The Center for Sustainable Foolishness was founded by two brilliant (and slightly neurotic) women under a full September moon.
Sitting and chatting into the dark night about the joy of heartfelt impulses, the deliciousness of absurd thoughts, and the immense possibility in half-baked ideas, they decided to form the Center as a safe place for serious, contemplative thought on our most silly fancies.
After all, do we really want to say no to every bad idea?

The Center's Mission
The Center is currently serving as an archive of thoughts, musings, and projects of Krystal (Xtal) Banzon, Center Co-Foo.
Who the eff is Xtal?
Xtal is beginning her first year as a graduate student at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, in the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP)
As an artist and theatre director/producer/creator, Xtal has little idea how she ended up at ITP. She is interested in exploring the future of storytelling and performance, especially ways to articulate hybrid identities and underrepresented narratives through new forms/media/technology.
Xtal is excited to learn an incredible amount of stuff she never even knew existed. She will be playing around with toys she never imagined playing with. She is excited to own her first pair of wire strippers, and to learn how to solder things.
It's a fool paradise.
